Condominiums are individually owned and furnished for basic vacation needs. Kitchen utensils and a starter supply of soap and paper products are provided; bring or purchase additional supplies. Check the individual rental page for its amenities.
Wireless internet is available in the rentals. Network details are supplied in your guest arrival materials or inside the unit.
Additional parking is limited and is not guaranteed. Request an overnight visitor pass from the office at least 48 hours before check-in. Check with the office first for day-visitor parking and a day pass.
Each rental unit is allowed one parking space and receives one parking permit at check-in. Register at the office on arrival and follow the parking instructions provided for your stay.
You do not need to bring a grill. Shared grills and a picnic area are available on the grounds between the tennis courts.
The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Shower before entering; no glass, running, or horseplay is permitted. Keep food and beverages at least four feet from the pool. Pool chairs cannot be reserved. Children under 12 require adult supervision, and children in diapers need snug waterproof swim diapers. Follow all posted pool rules.
Maximum occupancy varies by unit. Check the maximum guest count on your rental's detail page before reserving. Rollaway cots and air mattresses are not permitted.
The published Rental Terms state that no pets are permitted in units or on the grounds. Please contact the office with questions about your stay.
Boats, trailers, RVs, jet skis, and similar vehicles cannot be parked on the property. Contact the office before your stay for off-premises storage information.
Please read the complete cancellation and refund policy in the Rental Terms & Conditions before booking. Cancellation requests and reservation changes must be submitted in writing; contact the office for assistance with an existing reservation.

The Rental Terms list Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and checks, with payments in U.S. currency. Contact the office if you need help arranging payment.
Beachfront and Poolfront rentals require at least seven nights year-round. Courtyard rentals require seven nights December–April and holidays, and four nights May–November outside holidays. Check your dates to verify the requirements for your stay.
