Checking In & Check Out
Check-in Time is 3:00 PM Check–Out Time is 10:00 AM.
Our office is open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you are arriving after 5:00 PM use the door code that was emailed to you and your parking pass with other information will be located inside your unit.
Welcome Kit
Your condo is provided with a welcome kit of supplies which includes:
- (1) Roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom
- (1) Single packet of dishwasher detergent/dish washing liquid soap
- (1) Single use packet of laundry detergent
- (2) Bars of soap in each bathroom
- (1) Trash bag in each wastebasket
- (1) Small shampoo/conditioner and body lotion.
Additional supplies may be purchased at the Publix Grocery Store.
Pool and Beach
Pool Rules:
For your safety and enjoyment: Pool rules are posted by the pool.
- Pool is open from 8:00 AM to dusk. This is a state mandated law.
- Bathers must shower before entering pool.
- Food/Glass restrictions
a. Absolutely no food or Beverage is permitted within four (4) feet of the pool (“the pool wet deck” area).
b. Absolutely no glass is allowed on the pool deck or the beach. - Safety restrictions:
a. Please for your safety no running or horseplay on the pool
deck.
b. Small flotation devices and toys may be used when they do
not interfere with others’ enjoyment.
c. No large flotation devices are permitted in the pool
d. Pool chairs cannot be reserved - Children under the age of 10 years old must have adult
supervision
a. All children in diapers must have snug fitting waterproof swim diapers
Umbrella Rentals & Beach Chairs
Umbrellas are available to rent at a daily rate of $25 and a weekly rate of $150. Beach lounge chairs are complimentary and located on the beach for personal use. Holding beach chairs is not permitted. Personal belongings left unattended for an extended period will be removed. Personal single pole umbrellas must be placed behind or to the side of resort umbrellas. No awnings, tents or shibumis permitted on our beach, regardless of local city ordinance. In the event of high winds, rain or pending storms, our staff will close the umbrellas for safety.
Please note: We do not refund the rental fee due to weather conditions or any other reason.
BBQ Area
BBQ grills are available for use by all guests and are located at our grill area between the tennis courts. There is no need to bring individual grills.
Tennis/Pickelball/Basketball
Court Rules:
- Sign-up reservation sheets are located in the office.
- You may sign up for a court one day in advance. You may only sign up in advance for one use daily; however, if the courts are
open, you are free to use the court at any time during the day. - Guests are responsible for their children and their compliance with the rules and regulations.
- Proper attire and footwear are required on the tennis courts. Absolutely no bikes, skateboards or roller skates/blades are permitted on the courts

Quiet Time
Please observe “Quiet Time” after 10:00 PM – no loud parties or disturbances. Our beach, as well as all public beaches close at 11:00 PM. In consideration for all guests, please do not use audible radios or music players outside your unit.
Cleaning Service
If you have any issues or concerns, however, with the cleaning of your unit, please contact the office immediately. We do not provide daily housekeeping service.
Lights out for Sea Turtles
Turtle Season begins May 1st until Oct 31st.
Please keep drapes/window coverings closed after dark. If you encounter a nesting turtle or hatchlings, remain quiet and observe from a distance. Please do not use flashlights or fishing lamps on the beach. Fireworks are not allowed on the beach during nesting season or at any time. Please remove ALL personal items (chairs, toys, etc), and fill all sand holes you make after leaving the beach.

If you are having mail sent to Casa Del Mar, our address is 4621 Gulf of Mexico Dr. Longboat Key FL 34228, please have your unit number included on your mail. Mail can be picked up from the office during normal business hours.
